Yoga to Open Hips + Relax Back for Long Flights

I pulled out my yoga mat after my 10 hour flight to Tokyo and got in this yoga flow to open my hips after so much sitting. I popped my phone against the window because I wanted to share these moves with you. It's not weird these days to stop and give yourself a few minutes of gentle yoga stretching in public places, especially at an airport after a long flight. People understand.
These yoga moves will help your body ease into or out of a long flights. If you don't have a yoga mat on you, you can always use a plane blanket or scarf or towel laid out on the floor. Remember to breathe through all the moves, long and deep breaths will help you stretch even deeper. Don't spread your legs as wide if it's uncomfortable. Listen to your body and never push yourself when something hurts. Go at your own pace.
